Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying & driving strategic initiatives across renowned consumer brands like Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy, Bwin and Party globally.
- Own and deliver high priority, cross functional projects that are crucial to the company’s success. These include but are not limited to transformational projects, growth initiatives and operational models
- Establish structured yet flexible frameworks to manage initiatives efficiently while adapting to a fast-changing business environment
- Use data driven insights to support leadership in refining and updating commercial strategy
- Ensure that operational execution aligns with long-term strategic objectives, bridging the gap between planning and action.
- Synthesize the different strands of complex business performance data, strategic initiatives, and market trends into clear and compelling narratives
- Experience in a top tier consulting firm (c.5 years)
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Real Money Gaming preferred
- Thrives in both high level strategy discussion and hands- on execution
- Adept at managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
