The role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and drive Wayve's commercial partnership strategy, focusing on data partners. You will have the chance to make a significant impact by building strong relationships, aligning partnership goals with Wayve’s vision, and exploring new opportunities in the Embodied AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and engage Wayve’s commercial partners, with a focus on data partnerships (OEM partnerships excluded but requiring internal collaboration).
  • Drive partnerships that align with Wayve’s commercial strategy and vision, covering both inbound and outbound opportunities, strategic analysis, and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain a commercial partner roadmap with measurable, time-bound goals aligned with Wayve’s needs and vision.
  • Explore adjacent commercialisation opportunities for Wayve in the Embodied AI space (e.g., robotics).
  • Educate and engage internal teams to enhance their understanding of commercial partners and optimise long-term partnership value.
  • Ensure seamless and timely partner communications, keeping stakeholders updated on pilot statuses and changes.
  • Continuously evolve partnership learnings to align with Wayve’s strategic needs and partner goals while managing internal bandwidth constraints.
  • Collaborate with commercial and tech teams to tackle open-ended, ambiguous problems, working cross-functionally with guidance from leadership.

About you

Essential:

  • Action-oriented mindset with a focus on driving meaningful impact through effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience working in fast-paced start-up environments with the ability to adapt to dynamic conditions.
