Overview

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to own the commercial engagement model with our principal partners, who operate in varying capacities across sales, delivery and support for our global client base. This is a senior role, where you will drive alignment within Quantios on how we go to market together, as well as orchestrating enablement and certification for partners to ensure successful client outcomes.

We have a strong community of time-served partners and, following significant growth for Quantios, it is now time to formalise a program around them. Our next Partnership Manager will:

  • Have demonstrable experience operating across various partnership models
  • Have a proven track record developing the partnership share of overall revenue
  • Be ready to stand up best practice internally
  • Know how to operate as a link between partners and internal stakeholders, while maintaining accountability for successful outcomes
  • Have experience leading commercial engagement in the best interests of the company, while operating empathetically and in the spirit of mutual success
  • Be excited to cultivate new partnerships
  • Be ready to roll their sleeves up!

Periodic international travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience running a professional partner program, encompassing sales and delivery requirements.
