About the role
Hybrid

This is a Senior level, Individual contributor role and as our Commercial Partnerships Lead - Data Products, you’ll be right at the crossroads of product innovation and commercial opportunity, where big ideas meet real-world impact. This role is all about unlocking growth: helping us land new B2B partnerships while making sure our existing data products continue to thrive, scale, and deliver value.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, and B2B leadership to shape opportunities, influence what we build next, and ensure our data products aren’t just smart -they’re commercially irresistible. Think of yourself as part strategist, part storyteller, and part deal-enabler.

What you’ll be doing

  • Powering new partnerships: You’ll support and shape new B2B opportunities, aligning customer needs with our data product capabilities to create compelling, win-worthy solutions.
  • Partnering to win: You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Account teams, and B2B leadership on deal strategy, solution design, and opportunity execution.
  • Owning the pitch: You’ll lead product demos, walkthroughs, and presentations that bring our data products to life for customers and internal teams alike.
  • Driving product adoption: You’ll grow our existing data products by boosting usage, retention, and expansion across current partners.
  • Spotting growth opportunities: You’ll identify upsell and cross-sell potential within accounts - turning good partnerships into great ones.
  • Shaping the product roadmap: You’ll translate customer insights and market needs into clear, actionable inputs for Product teams.
  • Connecting teams and ideas: You’ll act as the glue between Product, Commercial, and B2B leadership - keeping everyone aligned and moving forward.

About you

  • Commercially experienced: You bring deep experience in partnerships, data products, commercial, or B2B roles and know how to drive both new business and account growth.
  • Data product savvy: You’ve worked with data, analytics, or tech products and can confidently articulate their value to different audiences.
  • Confident communicator: You’re comfortable leading demos, workshops, and customer conversations, and you know how to make complex ideas click.
  • Strategic thinker: You see the bigger picture, connecting customer needs, market trends, and product direction.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: You thrive working across teams, influencing stakeholders, and aligning priorities in complex environments.
  • Opportunity-led mindset: You’re energised by fast-moving, ambiguous environments and know how to turn uncertainty into action.
  • Impact-driven: You focus on outcomes - connecting product capabilities to real commercial results and measurable growth.
