Position Summary

The Commercial Marketing Manager, UK & Europe, is responsible for driving the commercial marketing strategy, planning, and activation of Light & Wonder's iGaming content portfolio across the region.

As a key member of the regional marketing team, the role will help establish and evolve commercial marketing capabilities across UK and European markets, strengthening operator partnerships and increasing the visibility and impact of Light & Wonder's games, studios, and products.

While not directly responsible for campaign execution, the Commercial Marketing Manager acts as a strategic marketing partner, shaping promotional approaches, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery through internal and operator teams.

Commercial Strategy Partnership

  • Partner with the UK/EU commercial account teams to develop and activate marketing strategies that support operator growth objectives and commercial goals.

  • Act as a trusted marketing partner to operators, helping define campaign objectives, launch strategies, and promotional opportunities that maximise game performance.

  • Develop commercially focused marketing programmes that support both new game launches and the ongoing performance of Light & Wonder's content portfolio.

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Work closely with Commercial Teams to deliver compelling, operator-ready launch plans, assets, and marketing materials.

  • Support pre- and post-launch activities including launch toolkits, customer presentations, demos, and performance reporting.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to embed marketing strategies into operator growth plans and promotional playbooks

Market & Customer Insights

  • Gather and share operator feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategy.

  • Use data and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve launch effectiveness, promotional performance, and portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Commercial Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, or Go-to-Market roles within iGaming or a related industry.

  • Experience working with iGaming operators or suppliers, with exposure to promotions, CRM, or player engagement initiatives.

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and insights into action.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
