The Commercial team connect us with our product partners, deal with contract negotiations, source exclusive deals, and help partners grow their offering. Managing, analysing, and maintaining the commercial performance of our channels, the team plays a crucial role in making sure that we drive revenue into the business and maximise commercial opportunities.

What can you expect in the role?

  • Take charge of managing and nurturing relationships with top broadband and mobile providers, crafting strong and lasting connections at all levels through personalized interactions and a deep understanding of their business needs. Drive the sale of promotional placements across MONY Group sites, including MoneySuperMarket and Quidco, ensuring budget targets are met. You'll also negotiate new contracts with providers, securing advantageous commercial terms.

  • Explore opportunities to add value across all home services verticals and the broader group functions, ensuring MONY has access to outstanding offers, with exclusivity where appropriate. Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities, collaborating closely with internal colleagues and external provider contacts to plan and implement long-term growth initiatives.

  • Foster positive relationships and close collaboration with Product, Development, and Partner teams, leveraging the support of key internal colleagues at each stage of partnership development and growth. Contribute to the trading process for broadband and related products, ensuring actions are identified and followed up.

  • Utilize data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities, optimizing activities accordingly. Ensure the Home Comms Commercial strategy and opportunities are central to our broader business strategy by effectively communicating industry developments and opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • You will have a flair for building meaningful relationships. As a Commercial Manager within our Home Communications team you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth. 
  • Whilst we would love someone from telecoms or with affiliate experience this isn't a deal-breaker. We would rather you come with experience of scaling commercial accounts. 
  • You will be super organsied, deadline driven and demonstrate attention to detail, whether that's in analysing and inputting data or during partner meetings. 
  • You will thrive when challenged, and not be afraid to challenge and hold others accountable and have a practical approach to work, our priorities often change so you'll be able to adapt quickly.
