What You’ll Do:

Sales and Business Growth

  • Drive sales of professional services for SaaS FinTech implementations (e.g., BlackLine, Kyriba, Workiva).
  • Identify and target new clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to expand market reach and enhance opportunities.
  • Lead sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, alliances, and marketing, to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to support overall company growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.

Client Engagement

  • Exhibit strong engagement with client prospects and existing accounts.
  • Understand client needs, tailor solutions, and adapt proposals accordingly.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver clear proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage the full sales cycle.

Alliance Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our technology partners.
  • Contribute to the development of Practice strategies
  • Co-sell partner software solutions and promote services.
  • Manage alliance operations, including training, certifications, and digital assets.
  • Host co-branded events and develop marketing assets, including win stories.

Industry Leadership

  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and competitive dynamics.

Strategic Contributions

  • Execute activities to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Share recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance and mitigate risks in all sales processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally within a SaaS, Professional Services, or Consulting industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess project timelines and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience in delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of Certinia (Salesforce) or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience across multiple markets/geographies, with the ability to adapt sales strategies for different regions.
  • Familiarity with lead generation and strategies.
  • Understanding of the finance or accounting industry.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering compelling sales stories.
  • Commitment to maintaining and enhancing organisational culture and demonstrating core values.
