Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Development Manager for Maternity Cover to join our team and support the continued growth of Aman’s global commercial operations. This role provides strategic and analytical support across multiple commercial functions including sales, marketing, revenue management, partnerships, and performance analysis ensuring that business objectives are achieved in line with Aman’s ultra-luxury standards and brand ethos.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded professional with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, collaborating with global teams to drive commercial excellence during the maternity cover period.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Aman’s commercial strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and revenue management functions.

  • Partner with senior leadership to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse business trends, and identify commercial opportunities.

  • Prepare business performance reports and presentations for executive review.

  • Manage and coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles in collaboration with Finance and Operations teams.

  • Support revenue optimisation initiatives, pricing strategies, and distribution channel performance.

  • Oversee commercial project delivery timelines, ensuring cross-departmental coordination and on-time execution.

  • Contribute to the development and management of strategic partnerships and third-party collaborations.

  • Maintain data integrity and governance across commercial systems and reports.

  • Provide analytical insights to guide investment decisions and business development opportunities.

  • Act as a key liaison between regional commercial teams and corporate departments, ensuring smooth communication and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Hospitality Management; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial, revenue, or business analysis role within luxury hospitality, travel, or related industries.

  • Proven experience managing financial analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

  • Understanding of revenue management principles, market segmentation, and pricing strategy.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity in Tableau or PowerBI

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building relationships across departments and regions.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commercially astute, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.

  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and discretion.
