The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our close-knit Dispute Resolution team . This role would suit someone who enjoys responsibility, values collaboration and is looking to build depth in their practice, rather than being confined to a narrow silo.

You will work closely with the Commercial Litigation Partner as their number two, with genuine exposure to clients, matters and strategic decision-making. There are strong long-term prospects for the right person, supported by clear expectations and mentoring.


The Role

You will be involved in a broad range of commercial dispute resolution matters, including:

  • Contractual disputes

  • Shareholder and director disputes

  • Debt recovery

  • Injunctions

  • Regulatory and compliance-related disputes

This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop trusted client relationships.


About You

We are open to candidates with 5–8 years’ PQE who are:

  • Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision

  • Thoughtful, commercial and solutions-focused

  • Comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Keen to develop their practice and take on greater responsibility over time
