About Hometouch

Hometouch is a CQC-regulated live-in care provider specialising in dementia care. We're a growing business with ambitious plans and are looking for a commercially driven leader to help build and scale our sales function.

We're not looking for someone to maintain a finished sales machine - we're looking for someone to build one.

The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Lead - Sales & Growth to own commercial performance across Hometouch.

Sitting at SMT level, you'll lead the sales team and take ownership of conversion, pipeline performance, partner-generated growth and the systems and processes that turn enquiries into successful care placements.

This is a hands-on role with clear commercial accountability, where you'll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on conversion, pipeline and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Own sales performance, targets, forecasting and pipeline across Hometouch.

  • Lead, coach and develop the sales team, improving conversion, call quality and follow-up.

  • Identify and fix opportunities across the customer journey from enquiry to placement.

  • Work closely with Partnerships to grow referral channels across healthcare, legal, financial and professional networks.

  • Own HubSpot reporting and CRM discipline.

  • Use data to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.

  • Bring greater structure, consistency and commercial focus to the function.

  • Report into SMT with clear, numbers-led performance updates.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong sales, commercial or business development experience, ideally within private-pay care, live-in care, domiciliary care or private healthcare.

  • A proven track record of hitting targets and improving commercial performance.

  • Experience managing or coaching sales teams.

  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build trust in a high-stakes customer environment.

  • Experience with CRM, pipeline management and data-led decision making.

  • Evidence of progression and readiness to take on broader commercial responsibility.

  • A builder's mindset - you're comfortable challenging existing processes and making things better.

Why Hometouch?

  • SMT-level exposure and direct access to senior leadership.

  • Genuine autonomy to shape and build the commercial function.

  • The opportunity to influence sales, partnerships and business growth.

  • A clear opportunity to grow into broader commercial leadership as the business scales.

  • The chance to make a measurable difference in a sector that genuinely matters.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary with performance related bonuses

  • Company pension with matched contributions

  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

  • Private Healthcare

  • Premium Access to Anya - a digital health app providing women's health support

  • Laptop and equipment provided

  • Great work-life balance (we are big on this)

  • Work environment that values creativity, personal growth and collaboration

  • Continuous learning and development: you will be challenged with lots of responsibility and exciting projects in a supportive and encouraging environment
