About the role
Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lead-Flights to join our high-flying EMEA commercial team, based from our London, Edinburgh or Glasgow office. You’ll bring ambition, charm, and a knack for cracking complex commercial puzzles. Think strategic sales, partner management, big-picture thinking - all wrapped up in a role where you’ll help airlines and OTAs grow while making travel simpler and more magical for millions.

What you’ll be doing

Owning market and partner performance and optimisation: Layering on your strong analytical skills, you’ll track the numbers that matter, prioritising high-impact activities that send revenue soaring.
Designing & delivering market strategies: You’ll craft and execute partner plans that drive incremental revenue in key EMEA markets.
Growing partnerships: You’ll identify and win new partners while helping existing ones shine on Skyscanner’s marketplace.
Championing Skyscanner’s value: You’ll confidently articulate our edge, negotiate commercial agreements, and help our flights business reach new heights.
Managing partner integrations: You’ll guide partners through onboarding - coordinating internally and flexing your technical acumen to get them live smoothly.
Optimising performance: You’ll dive into data to uncover opportunities that sharpen portfolio performance.
Spotting upsell opportunities: You’ll identify ways to expand value through advertising, data solutions, and partner marketing.
