As a CEM Trading Analyst within our team, you will be at the heart of our trading operations, supporting senior traders in managing institutional accounts and market-making activities. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth trade processing and providing clients with accurate market insights. Embrace the challenge of balancing revenue generation with client relationship building and become an integral part of our trading desk.
Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day client requests and needs.
• Keep all relevant parties informed of key developments.
• Execute trades with a high degree of competence.
• Follow firm's risk management policies and regulatory rules.
• Ensure accuracy in post-trade processes and internal controls.
• Share information and ideas proactively to aid team success.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 years' experience in banking/financial industries.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Understanding of transaction lifecycle and execution orientation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Understanding of IRS markets and fixed income fundamentals.
• Prior exposure to trading preferred.
• Ability to discuss direct costs of transactions.
