What You'll Do:

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially curious intern to support our UK Retail Media Demand team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation and digital advertising, working closely with our commercial team to support pipeline growth.
You’ll help identify new business opportunities, improve prospecting and social-selling activity, and support the processes that enable our sellers to work more effectively. You’ll gain exposure to the retail media landscape, how we engage agencies and brands, and how data and technology translate into commercial growth.

  • Support new business development: Work with existing prospect lists, identify ideal customer profiles, research target accounts and key contacts, and identify opportunities to develop our pipeline. Support sellers by coordinating outreach and arranging introductory calls with relevant prospects for our vertical sellers.
  • Improve prospecting effectiveness: Support and optimise workflows across LinkedIn, Outreach and other commercial tools to make prospecting more targeted, relevant and consistent.
  • Support social selling and demand generation: Help coordinate and execute LinkedIn campaigns for team members across our different retail media verticals, supporting relevant content, engagement tracking and follow-up opportunities.
  • Drive commercial efficiency: Track actions and follow-ups, improve visibility and accountability across the team, and help ensure our CRM remains accurate, consistent and up to date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes: Explore ways to streamline reporting, tools and workflows, helping our commercial teams spend more time engaging customers and developing business.

Who You Are:

  • Interested in B2B sales, digital advertising, AdTech and the role technology plays in driving business growth.
  • Curious, analytical and keen to understand what makes businesses successful and how to identify new opportunities.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams and building relationships.
  • Proactive and dependable, with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, experience with LinkedIn, Salesforce, Outreach or similar tools is a must have.
  • Positive, adaptable and solution-oriented, with a willingness to learn, ask questions and challenge the status quo.

What You’ll Gain:
  • Practical experience in B2B sales, SDR activity and demand generation within a leading AdTech business.
  • Exposure to retail media, digital advertising and the commercial relationships between agencies, brands and retailers.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting techniques, sales technology, campaign execution and CRM management.
  • The opportunity to work alongside experienced commercial leaders and contribute directly to pipeline development and business growth.
  • A supportive, collaborative environment where your ideas, initiative and contribution will make a difference.

We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
