Role Overview:

The Commercial Integration Manager for the Commercial Function will lead the integration or divestiture of commercial and sales processes, tools and systems during acquisitions and divestitures. This role ensures seamless alignment between commercial integration or divestiture actions and strategic objectives, acting as the primary entry point for Business Development (BD) and Integration teams. The position requires strong coordination across internal stakeholders and SMEs, planning, execution and governance of integrations and divestitures activities to enable successful transitions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Commercial Integration & Divestiture

    • Oversee/Lead/Execute integration or separation of commercial and sales processes, tools, systems and agreements during Integration or Divestiture transactions

    • Ensure continuity of customer experience and commercial operations throughout the transition

  • Planning

    • Develop and manage integration or separation activity plans, timelines, and deliverables for commercial workstreams

    • Coordinate internal rhythms and reporting for leadership visibility. Attend broader projects meetings, as required

  • Stakeholder and SMEs Coordination

    • Act as the primary entry point for BD and Integration teams for commercial-related processes, tools and other topics

    • Engage and align subject matter experts (SMEs) across BPO, Risk Governance, Sales, Pricing, CRM and Commercial Operations, as applicable

  • Risk & Compliance

    • Identify and mitigate risks related to commercial processes and contractual obligations

    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements during integration or divestiture

  • Progress monitoring

    • Monitor progress against milestones and KPIs for commercial integration/divestiture

    • Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for senior leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 7+ years in sales, commercial operations, risk management or project management

  • Proven experience in managing integration/divestiture of commercial processes and tools

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, commercial/ sales processes

  • Risk assessment and compliance expertise

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

  • Collaborative mindset with leadership presence
