Commercial Executive (Apprenticeship Scheme)

  • Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time (with combined studies for an 18-month Level 4 qualification)
  • Location: London, Dean Street (*Hybrid, details below)
  • Salary: We are a Real Living Wage accredited employer, and this role pays above the Real Living Wage
  • Application closing date: January 9th 2026

*We follow a hybrid approach to work, with time spent together in the office and time where you work best. You’ll spend at least 2 days a week in-person, but given learning commitments and sessions, it’s reasonable to expect 3–4 days in the office. You’ll need to be based in a commutable location. Our commercial team regularly meets partners, so there will be a small element of UK travel.

About MONY Group

At MONY Group, we help millions of people save money when it matters most. Through MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, Quidco, and our B2B partnerships, we reach over 24 million unique monthly visitors, saving UK households billions of pounds every year. It’s something we’re proud of, and we’re hoping you could be part of it.

We’re creative, collaborative, and ambitious. It’s hard work, but it’s worth it: you’ll leave each day knowing you’ve made a real difference to our customers and your team.

Why This Role Matters

Commercial success relies on a blend of sales, negotiation, analysis, and relationship-building skills. These are critical capabilities that underpin revenue growth and operational excellence.

This apprenticeship offers a structured pathway to develop these skills internally, combining formal training (Level 4 accredited qualification) with on-the-job experience from day one. You’ll contribute directly to commercial KPIs by driving new tenancy opportunities in energy and niche products, supporting revenue growth initiatives, and retail voucher concepts for SSC.

This is not just a developmental role; it’s a revenue-driving investment and a chance to become part of our pipeline of future commercial leaders.

Why This Role is a Great Opportunity

  • Earn While You Learn

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a commercial role while studying for an 18-month Level 4 qualification, so you’re building your career and your education at the same time.

  • Structured Development Path

This isn’t just an entry-level job; it’s a clear pathway into commercial leadership. You’ll learn core skills like negotiation, sales, and relationship management that are highly transferable and in demand.

  • Real Impact from Day One

Unlike some apprenticeships, this role delivers tangible commercial outcomes. You’ll contribute to revenue growth initiatives and new business opportunities, making a measurable impact early in your career.

  • Exposure to a Leading Tech & Digital Brand

MONY Group operates some of the UK’s most recognized brands (MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, and Quidco) giving you insight into digital marketing, technology, and commercial strategy.

  • Inclusive and Supportive Culture

We’re committed to diversity and inclusion, creating opportunities regardless of educational background. You’ll join a team that values fresh ideas and encourages innovation.

  • Future-Proof Your Career

Commercial skills are essential across industries. Completing this apprenticeship sets you up for roles like Account Manager, Business Development Executive, or Commercial Analyst.

  • Networking and Mentorship

You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who will mentor you, helping you grow personally and professionally.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking beyond your experience to date; we want to see your aptitude for working with people, building strong relationships, and a passion for personal growth and development.

You may be (but not limited to):

  • A recent graduate looking for your first role in a commercial, sales-focused, or account management environment
  • A career returner seeking a structured pathway into a commercial role
  • Someone with customer-facing experience wanting to transition into a commercial role
  • Recently completed a higher-education course in marketing, business, or a related subject

What You’ll Need

  • To demonstrate passion for a career in technology, digital marketing, or digital media
  • A good understanding of MONY Group (what our brands do and who we help)
  • Commitment to learning and development (studying for a Level 4 qualification will take time and energy)
  • Enthusiastic about business operations and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Goal-oriented, target-driven, and motivated by growth
  • Full of fresh ideas and excited to contribute to a growing team
  • Open to feedback, eager to learn, and ready to lead over time
  • Thriving in fast-paced environments and eager to make an impact early in your career
  • To be a confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
  • Drive to provide excellent customer service
  • A self-starter mindset

Interview Process

  • Application Review – Tell us why you’d be great for this role and showcase any relevant experience
  • Screening Interview
  • Assessment Day – In-person sessions (details provided in advance)
