Job Title: Commercial Customer Account Manager
Location: Colchester / Hybrid (Office Day Monday)
Salary: £27,976 per annum
Hours:  Monday – Friday 37.5 hour per week

What does this role involve?

We are looking for Commercial Customer Account Managers to facilitate the account management of our commercial customers.   
Day to day, you will;   

  • Handle incoming customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Participate in regular outbound campaigns to improve billing accuracy by obtaining meter readings and arranging meter installations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and liaise closely with Sales Executives & Business Development Managers.
  • Proactively manage business customer debt, addressing non-payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Support customers through the complaints process, ensuring a considerate and customer-focused approach.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Commercial Customer Account Manager to deliver exceptional support to Business Development Managers (BDMs) and our commercial customer base.

Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll maintain clear communication across internal teams, in relation to any projects, alongside your own portfolio of commercial customers.

The role can be based working from home but commutable to our Colchester office, for weekly team days on a Monday.
