As a Business Management Associate within the Commercial Banking Fraud Prevention team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our firm and clients from potential fraud losses. You will design and implement robust strategies that enhance fraud detection while ensuring a seamless client experience. Job Responsibilities
- Support management of effective fraud strategies and policies across application, authorization, and authentication channels.
- Ensure compliance with fraud policies and controls within governance and change control procedures.
- Ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness of fraud operations support.
- Design and execute suitable controls to balance risk with client experience.
- Build robust fraud strategies to maintain high performance levels and strong fraud detection.
- Work with product partners to evaluate new products and mitigate fraud risk with appropriate controls.
- Support strategic fraud initiatives and bank-wide projects related to fraud strategy and policy rules.
- Partner with the Data & Analytics team to improve data availability for analysis and strategy creation.
- Collaborate with Fraud Operations to manage fraud case volume, strategy changes, and trend mitigation.
- Communicate proposed strategies and deliver appropriate reporting and management information to stakeholders.
- Participate in bank-wide projects and interact with external vendors as a representative of the Fraud Risk Management team.
