About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Analytics & Insights Analyst to make an impact working with the Revenue Operations team.

Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Operations and Analytics Lead, your mission will be to work alongside the SVP Sales, VP Strategic Accounts, Account Management, Chief Marketing Officer, SVP of Finance and Product Managers and be responsible for providing quantitative input, analysis and models to back up business decisions, always aiming at the improvement of our user experience and revenue generation. In addition, managing our monthly and quarterly business review processes to deliver on those metrics and business goals.

What the role involves 

  • Building ad-hoc reports and dashboards upon request from sales teams and managers
  • Creating analytics reports for team members to help them analyse pain points, gaps in our process and support with decision-making
  • Supporting pricing strategies and actively optimizing revenue
  • Supporting the quarterly and yearly strategic planning
  • Owning MBR and Board deck creation and validation
  • Completing data reconciliation to check for consistency across all of our platforms
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly data inputs that require manual intervention
  • Assisting Senior Commercial Operations and Analytics Lead to use data to optimise Commercial process and create more efficiency in revenue generation.
Requirements

About you

  • Self-starter with the ability to drive and manage activities and projects on your own
  • Excellent data analysis and business modeling knowledge and experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Looker experience is a plus.
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role within a Fintech or startup
  • Good understanding of KPIs related to sales performance and product growth.

What happens next?

  • Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our People & Culture representative. The video meeting will take about 45 minutes.
  • In the next stage, you’ll receive a small Excel task to complete.
  • Then it’s time for a second interview! The meeting will be conducted by our Senior Commercial Operations & Analytics Lead and will last 45 mins.
  • Our SVP Sales would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the Final Interview to last approximately 45 minutes.
  • If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.
