Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales operations or consulting experience in a fast growing environment serving private markets clients

  • Graduated from top tier university

  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude essential

  • Proficient in manipulating and visualising data in a clear and logical way to suit different end users equally

  • Creative problem solver, able to think of out of the box solutions to potential problems

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex information to various audiences clearly and succinctly

  • Confident and capable in presenting to individuals and groups of stakeholders at different levels, both internal and external

  • Self-aware team player, open to receiving/providing honest feedback to peers

  • Ability to understand the wider business needs to help prioritise and focus effort in the right places

What the job involves

  • A blend of business development and sales support with the opportunity to learn the sales craft and transition into a full sales role over time

  • Taking an active role in the sales process: learning who we sell to, how we position our solutions and increasingly play a role in live sales conversations all the way through to closings

  • Assisting the sales team with pipeline management and client engagement through prospecting as well as coordination of meeting and events

  • Shadowing sales team members and increasingly contribute to our sales activities, helping us to win business and meet our team targets

  • Deepening your private markets knowledge and getting comfortable engaging with C suite contacts at our prospects
