 Our Headquarter office in Corby is currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Analyst. 

About the role

As a Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead and other key stakeholders across the business. You will support a wide range of day-to-day commercial activities and play an important role in helping the team deliver high-quality, timely, and commercially focused support across the business.

This is a varied role that will provide exposure to commercial operations, bid and tender activity, client onboarding, due diligence, and business development support.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables
  • Lead Expressions of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification activities
  • Review contracts and agreements, identifying key negotiation points and challenges
  • Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence processes
  • Maintain memberships and subscriptions
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register
  • Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides
  • Collaborate on business development event summaries and presentation materials
  • Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments
  • Issue and maintain Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) statistics, forms, and documentation
