Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Commercial AI and Data Lead to be based in London, UK.

As we accelerate our growth into 2026, we are moving beyond standard analytics to an "AI first" commercial strategy. We are looking for a Data and AI Lead to be the architect of our intelligence infrastructure.

Your mission is two-fold: first, to build a robust, scalable Semantic Layer that makes our complex data AI ready; and second, to deploy an Agentic AI Framework that transforms how our strategic and sales teams operate. You will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and commercial strategy, creating tools that allow our business to work smarter and scale at pace.

Job Description

AI READY INFRASTRUCTURE

The Source of Truth: Design, develop and maintain the organisational semantic layer. You will ensure that AI agents and human analysts alike are using consistent, governed definitions for KPIs and analytics across the business.

Data Readiness: Lead the effort to structure and clean disparate data sources into a format optimised for LLM consumption.

Scalability: Ensure the architecture is modular, allowing us to add new use cases without rebuilding the core engine.

AGENTIC AI FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT

Multi-Agent Orchestration: Build and manage an ecosystem of agents capable of performing complex commercial reasoning.

Strategic Function Support: partner with leads in Strategy, Net Revenue Management, Category Management, Shopper Marketing and Sales to automate manual workflows and provide deep-dive insights at the push of a button.

Sales Enablement: design and deploy agents that equip our sales teams with real-time insights and tools to help drive actions and execution.

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGY

Vision and Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption across the business.

Coaching and Management: Provide technical governance and coaching to the Junior Data Scientist and coordinate with the other data specialists to ensure a unified technical approach.

Innovation: Maintain a frontier view of AI, evaluating new frameworks and data modelling techniques to keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

AI and Agents: experience building agentic workflows and multi-agent systems, you understand the nuances of prompt engineering, tool-calling and RAG.

Data Modelling: Expert knowledge of semantic layer modelling and data engineering.

The Stack: Proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake).

Domain Knowledge: You understand the levers of a commercial business, how price elasticity, trade promo ROI, space planning and other levers drive the bottom line.

Consultant Mindset: You can sit with senior stakeholders, understand their pain points and translate them into a technical Agent specification.

Architectural Thinking: You don’t just build scripts, you build systems that last. You are obsessed with documentation, version control and scalable code.
