Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

Location: London, Hybrid.

This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to be onsite in our London office as needed. Candidates must be based in the UK with valid British work authorisation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be pivotal to our collective success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing team, serving as our boots-on-the-ground solution to building personal relationships and making our customers successful.

In this role, we focus on being trusted business advisors rather than just vendors. You will have the opportunity to sell impactful, revolutionary software that is changing the way the world runs revenue.

On a day-to-day basis, we will work together to:

  • Manage Full-Cycle Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for the account relationship, overseeing renewals and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Drive Strategic Expansion: Proactively identify new use cases and introduce additional products to help our customers scale their footprint.

  • Execute Account Planning: Develop success plans for high-value accounts to ensure their business goals remain aligned with our solutions.

  • Cultivate Executive Ties: Build relationships with VPs and C-suite executives to deepen our partnership.

  • Maintain Forecast Accuracy: Provide leadership with reliable monthly and quarterly revenue insights for both new bookings and retention.

THE SKILL SET
  • 2–3 years of proven relationship-building and closing experience in a sales or account management environment.

  • Experience establishing strategic relationships with C-level executives and directors.

  • Ability to manage a full sales lifecycle, from discovery through to execution, within the SMB or Mid-Market segments.

  • Skilled at conducting compelling presentations and software demonstrations.

  • Adept at identifying and utilising internal resources (Sales Engineers, Customer Success, etc.) to support customer goals.

  • High level of empathy and a collaborative mentality that prioritises "we" over "me."

  • Superb listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and turn them into successful outcomes.

  • Proven ability to manage, expand, and renew customer relationships while consistently meeting revenue goals.
