Join us as a Colleague Technology Security Lead

  • Lead on our evolving our colleague identity capabilities
  • Work on ensuring consistent Malware Protection
  • Enhance our Data Security, including but not limited to: Classification, Location, Protection (in use and at rest)

What you'll do

We are creating a new team within our CISO organisation to own and lead all aspects of Colleague Technology Security.  This role will lead a small team (initially 4 people) and will broadly cover:

  • Securing and managing local AI use and access
  • Software / SaaS / Browser plug in controls
  • Working on General Sys Admin
  • Collaborating closely with the wider CTS (Colleague Technology Services) and Security team
  • Supporting your team in achieving their goals and progressing their careers

The skills you'll need

You'll need experience either leading a small team or as a strong technical lead, who is genuinely keen to progress into people leadership.

You'll also need:

  • Previous experience with AI / Agentic AI
  • The ability to manage complex and competing priorities
  • A strong passion for supporting and developing people in their roles
  • Technical expertise implementing and managing identity solutions
  • Experience working in fast pace DevOps style environments
  • Experience in rapidly changing and scaling environments
