Your Role

Manages the delivery and operations of technology services for a Linklaters collaboration and linguistic products, helping to ensure alignment with business objectives and the Firm's wider Technology Strategy. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and internal customers, supporting the development of the service roadmap and helping to implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Manages the delivery and operations of collaboration and linguistic technology services, such as document sharing, language platforms, translation workflows, and real-time communication tools, on a day-to-day and sprint-to-sprint basis.
  • Inputs to the definition of the vision for collaboration and linguistic products, ensuring strategic alignment with Linklaters’ needs for knowledge sharing, cross-border collaboration, and multi-language support.
  • Builds relationships with internal partners and lawyers, gathering feedback on collaboration and language requirements (such as translation, interpretation, or digital communication features), and translating these into clear product requirements.
  • Develops and maintains the service roadmap and backlog for collaboration and linguistic products, applying prioritisation frameworks to balance user needs, regulatory demands, and technical enhancements that drive inclusive and efficient working practices.
  • Champions the development and rollout of data-driven features, such as intelligent document translation, automated communication workflow reporting, or language analytics, while safeguarding the conceptual and technical integrity of all collaborative and linguistic service features delivered by the team.
  • Monitors the performance of collaboration and linguistic tools using relevant metrics (e.g. adoption rates, translation turnaround times), collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to continuously optimise product outcomes.
  • A demonstratable appetite to keep up to date with new, emerging and changing technologies in the collaboration sphere with a focus on artificial intelligence-driven language tools, and professional communication platforms.
  • Provides training, guidance, and user support on collaboration and linguistic solutions to help maximise adoption, accessibility, and effective usage by diverse teams throughout the Firm.
  • Prepares and delivers reports and presentations regarding new collaboration features, language capabilities, and project progress to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and achievements.

About You

  • Proven experience in product ownership or product management, ideally focused on collaboration and/or linguistic technologies (such as document sharing, language platforms, or real-time communication tools).
  • Strong understanding of agile and iterative delivery methodologies, with prior experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint-to-sprint operations within cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate user feedback and business requirements into actionable product features, balancing user needs with technical, regulatory, and operational priorities.
  • Solid technical acumen, with familiarity in emerging collaboration tools, artificial intelligence-powered language solutions, and digital communication platforms.
  • Skilled at measuring and optimising technology service performance through relevant metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance product outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
  • Experienced in delivering training, guidance, and user support to drive adoption and accessibility of digital tools within diverse teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends in collaboration, AI language solutions, and professional productivity platforms, with a genuine interest in fostering innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage competing demands and adapt to change in a dynamic business environment.
  • Commitment to championing inclusivity, accessibility, and best practices that support a collaborative, high-performing, and diverse workplace.
