Your role and responsibilities

As we form Robotics NewCo, Talent Acquisition has become one of the true engines of our success. By joining us now as a Talent Partner, you will help shape the workforce that will drive our next stage of technology-led growth. This is a unique moment to build something new - working alongside passionate experts in a fast-moving, highly collaborative carve-out environment.

In this role, you will operate as a strategic advisor to the business, directly supporting local HRBPs within your Cluster (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) while working under the functional guidance of our Head of TA & Learning. You will lead each recruitment as a structured project – ensuring clarity, pace, and excellence at every step – while helping the business secure the talent needed to fuel innovation and scale.

The work model for this role is: hybrid

Key stakeholders include hiring managers, Cluster leadership teams, the Global TA community, HRBPs and HR Operations of the countries within the DACH Cluster.

You will be mainly accountable for

Your primary responsibility is to enable and empower hiring managers – facilitating every step of the recruitment process and ensuring each search is executed with excellence, consistency, and measurable results.

  • Leading each recruitment as a structured project – acting as the project manager for every hire to ensure clarity, pace, and high-quality delivery. You will guide hiring managers throughout the entire process, provide expert support, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality recruitment processes by facilitating all key steps, maintaining data accuracy, applying TA standards, and identifying improvements that strengthen our new operating model.

  • Building deep, proactive partnerships with HRBPs and hiring managers, advising them on talent insights, market dynamics, and best practices to ensure aligned decisions and strong hiring outcomes.

  • Providing timely market and talent intelligence to support agile decision-making across your Cluster and the broader people function.

Qualifications for the role

  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within technology, robotics, engineering, or other fast-paced innovation-driven industries.

  • A proven track record of running recruitment as a project – ensuring structure, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery in complex or transformation-oriented environments.

  • Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern TA tools and platforms, with the ability to adapt quickly within a growing digital ecosystem.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-focused mindset – comfortable operating with pace, change, and ambiguity in a carve-out context.

  • Excellent relationship-building and advisory skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and provide clear, data-driven insights.

  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR

  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
