What you’ll be doing:
- Provide exceptional front-of-house client support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
- Manage client bookings, scheduling, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain up to date and organised records in line with company policies and standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to delivering a seamless, high end client experience aligned with the company’s luxury service standards.
Skills, knowledge & expertise:
- Previous experience within a Clinic is essential, ideally within a luxury professional environment.
- Experience with booking systems such as Pabau or Phorest.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential client or company information.
