Your role is to deliver high-quality client service, lead campaign strategy and deliver insightful performance reviews – and to work closely with the Ad Ops team who will be buying and optimising the media. Responsibilities

  • Lead seamless onboarding experiences and ensure new clients are positioned for long-term success from day one.

  • Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, cultivating strong, strategic relationships grounded in trust and data-driven results.

  • Deliver clear performance insights and reporting, highlighting return on investment and value delivered.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts through upsell, renewal, and strategic expansion conversations.

  • Partner with Sales to define account strategies, contribute to commercial planning, and support deal execution.

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential risks to satisfaction or retention.

  • Gather and share client insights internally to influence product roadmap, proposition design, and delivery models.

  • Help evolve our client success methodology, contributing to the creation of scalable, high-impact processes and frameworks as we grow as a business.

  • Stay up to date with trends in digital advertising, martech, and client success best practices to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.

  • Solid understanding of Programmatic advertising, including the ecosystem, key players, technology, and common targeting and ad formats

  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Ad Ops teams to build integrated solutions.

  • Combine data literacy and storytelling, translating performance metrics into clear, actionable insight.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including confidence with senior stakeholders.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings, balancing multiple priorities without losing focus on what truly moves the needle.
