We're seeking a dynamic and results-obsessed Client Success Lead to spearhead our most critical agency relationships within the highly competitive UK market. You'll be the strategic linchpin, empowering agencies to achieve performance at scale through our comprehensive, end-to-end service. Success in the role is based on driving QoQ and YoY growth across your individual BoB, both managing and recommending strategies for improved campaign performance. Acknowledging platform and vertical trends to support day to day meetings, QBRs and news business pitches. We operate in a matrixed environment, with support from a skilled team of account managers, media planners, creative strategists and agency development leaders. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our top agency clients, understanding unique needs and objectives. You'll develop and execute tailored strategies to drive growth, scale campaigns, and ensure alignment with client KPIs.
- Strong Sales Mindset: Experience in initiating and building strong client relationships with an eye toward uncovering new business possibilities within existing BoB
- Data-Driven Insights & Strategy: Dive deep into campaign data, uncovering actionable insights and creating compelling reports that demonstrate the value of the Taboola platform. Using insights to guide strategic recommendations and optimize campaign performance.
- Client Empowerment & Education: Proactively educate clients on best practices, new product features, and optimization strategies. You'll empower them to become experts on our platform and achieve their campaign goals.
- Technical Support & Campaign Management: Provide first-level technical support, assisting with campaign setup, conversion tracking, and targeting. You'll also collaborate with our Ad Ops team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Growth & Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, driving revenue growth through new product adoption and international expansion.
- Relationship Building & Advocacy: Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs, and agency roadshows, building strong relationships with key stakeholders from day-to-day contacts to C-level executives.
- On-Site Collaboration & Client Engagement: Spend dedicated time working from client offices, fostering deeper relationships and providing real-time support. Attend industry events and social gatherings, representing our company as a key marketing partner.
- Internal Advocacy: Be a passionate advocate for your agency partners within our organization, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: 10+ years of experience in a results-driven, client-facing role within digital marketing, with a portfolio of successful brand case studies.
- Performance-Driven Mindset: A strong understanding of KPI-based campaign management and optimization, with a track record of exceeding client goals.
- Revenue forecasting: Expertise in pipeline development and precise forecasting, driving predictable revenue growth
- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UK digital ecosystem and media agency landscape, with a genuine passion for online marketing.
- Agency Portfolio Management: Experience managing diverse agency portfolios, prioritizing clients based on potential and driving portfolio growth.
- Scalability & Innovation: A keen ability to identify and articulate opportunities for clients to achieve significant scale.
- Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and reports.
- Relationship Mastery: Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Excellent technological skills or the ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
