About STEMAI

STEM AI is transforming how life sciences organisations access insights through AI-powered solutions. As our platform expands, we are looking for a Client Success Coordinator to ensure clients move seamlessly from pilot agreement through to successful implementation. This newly created role sits at the heart of the client journey, coordinating complex approval activities and working across technical, legal, commercial and operational teams to remove barriers and accelerate commissioning.

The Opportunity

Following agreement to pilot STEM AI, clients typically complete multiple internal approval processes covering information security, IT, legal, procurement, compliance, data privacy and operational readiness. Every organisation has different governance requirements, making this a highly collaborative role requiring excellent organisation and stakeholder management.
You will become the central point of coordination, ensuring requests are managed efficiently, the right subject matter experts are engaged, responses are prepared to a high standard and clients receive a professional, responsive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all client approval activities to drive pilot commitment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation approval journey.
  • Manage questionnaires, security assessments and due diligence requests.
  • Coordinate responses from technical, legal, compliance, commercial and operational teams.
  • Track milestones, manage deadlines and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Prepare high-quality responses using existing knowledge libraries and previous submissions.
  • Maintain and continually improve the central repository of approved responses and documentation.
  • Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and escalate risks where required.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline approval activity processes and improve the client experience.
  • Support successful pilot launches by ensuring approvals are completed accurately and on time.
About You
  • Experience in client success, implementation, project coordination, PMO or programme management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience within AI, healthcare or life sciences is advantageous but not essential.
Why Join STEMAI?

This is an opportunity to help shape a new AI offering from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in creating a best-in-class client onboarding experience, working alongside innovation, technology and commercial teams to build scalable processes that directly contribute to faster implementations, improved client satisfaction and business growth.
