Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Client Strategy to develop and execute the annual client action plan. You’ll ensure everything aligns with our strategic goals and that we’re tracking key success metrics. A major part of your role will be communicating and embedding the Reach go-to-market narrative across our client portfolio. You’ll help clients understand the value we bring to the table and how we can enhance their communication strategies.

You’ll collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to create and manage tailored client collateral and marketing materials, ensuring they meet the needs of each client pitch and meeting. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key client stakeholders will be at the heart of your role, as you gain a deep understanding of their business challenges. You’ll use this insight to present tailored Reach solutions that directly support their KPIs.

Working closely with Agency Leads and Group Account Directors, you’ll implement a comprehensive client contact strategy that develops new business opportunities. Your ongoing communication with clients will ensure Reach remains top-of-mind as a trusted media partner. You’ll also leverage client insights to contribute to our Insight and Marketing teams, enhancing trade marketing efforts and sales collateral.

Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies will help you keep ahead of the curve and contribute to a culture of innovation within the Reach team. You’ll also represent Reach Solutions in external engagements and internally within the broader Reach plc organization. Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

To excel in this role, you’ll need proven experience in managing and nurturing client accounts. Your strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships will be key to success. You’ll have a solid background in communications planning, with a track record of developing and executing strategic plans that align with client needs.

Your experience in servicing key client business will ensure that you exceed their expectations, and your deep understanding of the agency market, industry trends, and competitive dynamics will set you apart. You’ll be a natural collaborator, with exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
