Job Description

What will the role involve?

  • Collaborate with the Head of Client Strategy to develop and implement the annual client action plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and tracking success metrics
  • Communicate and embed the Reach go-to-market narrative across our client portfolio, ensuring clients understand our value proposition and how we can support their communication plans
  • Assist in the creation and management of tailored client collateral and marketing materials, working closely with the Design and Marketing team to ensure they meet the specific needs of each client pitch and meeting
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges, and presenting tailored Reach solutions to support their KPIs
  • Partner with Agency Leads and Group Account Directors to activate a comprehensive client contact strategy aimed at developing business opportunities
  • Maintain an ongoing dialogue with clients to ensure Reach remains top-of-mind as a trusted media partner
  • Leverage client insights and knowledge to contribute to internal Insight and Marketing teams, enhancing trade marketing efforts and sales collateral
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market pressures affecting clients, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Reach team
  • Represent Reach Solutions positively in external engagements and within the broader Reach plc organization

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven ability to manage and nurture client accounts, showcasing strong client relationship and communication skills
  • Experience in communications planning, with a track record of developing and executing strategic plans
  • Demonstrated success in servicing key client business, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • A deep understanding of the agency market, including industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
