Client Solutions Specialist - Payroll Payments

No legacy systems. No corporate red tape. No coasting. This is about building something significant, fast, at a rapidly scaling B2B payments startup.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Client Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team, supporting our sales efforts in the Payroll Payments sector. This is a high-impact opportunity to build our client solutions from the ground up and directly shape our growth at the forefront of fintech innovation. At Navro, we're not just offering a job - we're offering an adventure alongside a great team.

Who We Are

We are transforming payments for global platforms and e-commerce businesses. As the world’s first payments curation platform, we simplify cross-border transactions by uniting best-in-class infrastructure into a seamless ecosystem, enabling businesses to scale and operate effortlessly across borders. Cross-border workforce payments are slow, expensive, and outdated. We can’t be. Businesses rely on us to pay their people accurately and on time - contractors, freelancers, and employees across the globe. When we say we’ll deliver, failure isn’t an option. If we don’t execute with excellence, people don’t get paid - not just a transaction delayed, but real workers left without wages. That means a developer in Argentina missing their paycheck, a freelancer in the Philippines unable to pay rent, or a contractor in Poland unable to get to work. We're a team built on ownership, high performance, and transparency. We're here to build, not to coast.

The Role

As a Client Solutions Specialist at Navro, you will be our clients' trusted technical and product guide. You'll work closely with them throughout their journey, from the first sales demo to their successful launch.

Your mission is to understand their pain points, design a comprehensive solution using Navro's platform, and prepare Navro's Implementation team for a smooth functional integration. You will be the customer's expert voice inside Navro, working across all our internal teams to share feedback and help shape the future of our product.

RequirementsWhat You'll Be Doing
  • Performing compelling technical and UI-based client demos.
  • Providing technical and product support to the Sales Team to help win new business.
  • Actively working on RFIs/RFPs by providing clear, accurate answers.
  • Running discovery workshops with prospective clients to understand their use cases and design a suitable solution.
  • Creating solution designs, API flows, and technical documentation to support the sales and onboarding process.
  • Supporting the Implementation Team during the client onboarding to ensure their implementation is a success.
  • Reviewing customer builds to ensure they are following best practices.
What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, loves solving customer problems, and is looking to build a career in a high-growth startup.

⚡ Technical Curiosity & API Familiarity: You don't need to be a developer, but you must have experience with (or a strong understanding of) APIs. You know what a JSON payload is and can comfortably read API documentation.

⚡ Clear Communicator: You can discuss technical solutions clearly with both clients (from developers to non-technical stakeholders) and internal teams.

⚡ Proactive Problem-Solver: You are solution-oriented and relentlessly seek the best path forward for the client and for Navro. You don't wait to be told what to do.

⚡ Customer-Facing Potential: You might not have formal "pre-sales" experience, but you have a passion for working with customers, managing projects, and helping people succeed.

⚡ A "Learn-it-All" Mindset: You have a genuine passion to learn, grow, and dive deep into the complexities of the payments world.

Bonus Points
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or payments, especially in the payroll payments space.
  • Previous experience in a technical support, implementation, or customer-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.

You may not possess every single required skill listed, and that's perfectly fine. If you have most of them, along with grit, passion, a desire to learn quickly, and the willingness to get stuck in, we encourage you to apply.

Apply now and be part of Navro’s journey to revolutionise payments with us.
