So, what’s the role all about?


We are seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Client Services Project Manager to drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects in line with scope, budget, and timeline. In this role, you will lead complex projects from initiation to close, ensuring all activities align with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and deliver measurable value to our enterprise customers. You will serve as the main client contact and ensure internal and external teams are aligned to project outcomes.

  • Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Build detailed project plans
  • Communicate goals, progress, and challenges
  • Manage risks, issues, and action items
  • Conduct post-project evaluations

Have you got what it takes?

  • 2–5 years experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience delivering enterprise projects
  • Understanding of project management methodologies
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Must be fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English
