Client Services Manager

We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Front Office Sales Team.

As part of our Client Services team, the role is accountable for delivering digital advertising campaigns across Ozone's premium publisher platform to build upon our market reputation for creating seamless customer experience through excellent client service that deliver real-world results. 1.5+ years experience in a similar role is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll deliver campaigns across the Ozone ecosystem with the ultimate goal of client service excellence and satisfaction that will lead to revenue growth and new opportunities for the Ozone business from its existing clients
  • You’ll deliver transparency to advertisers and promote an ‘easy to do business with’ experience in-market by seamless project management of campaigns
  • Residing in this team you’ll be a key stakeholder of the advertiser business and its needs in relation to campaign management, this will involve keeping cross functional business partners informed
  • Your campaigns will always have the correct set up, reflecting a full understanding of what has been sold, what the ‘measurement of success is’, a campaign checklist and effective communication to the ops team; including use of any 3rd party vendors
  • You’ll make recommendations to clients which align with their objectives of driving long term brand building and consideration, as well as short term sales form their target audience, to get the required real world results
  • You’ll work with the Sales team as well as cross functional teams to constantly improve and execute effective client service that aligns with the ever evolving product innovation and different customer segments, including insight generation
  • You’ll drive long term engagement for advertisers that drives repeat business. A key driver to this will be the end of campaign analytics and presentations for learning and development
  • You’ll demonstrate drive and commitment to delivery of your own and team objectives and will help other team members as needed

Required experience/skills

  • You’ll be a skilled project manager, delivering quantifiable service improvements in line with customer needs
  • 1Experience in a client services role working with most reputable brands
  • Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
  • You’ll have worked in an environment where creating processes and improving tools that measurably improve productivity, quality, or advertiser experience
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Degree educated or equivalent
