What you’ll do
- Provide logistical and organisational support to key client teams, such as diary management, room bookings, and travel itineraries.
- Update key project reporting materials e.g status updates, timelines, resource report.
- Assist Client Directors by attending client meetings and note taking (both internal and external, as needed) to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Support the creative and production process, including briefing, amends and delivery.
- Begin to build sound judgment of creative or strategic work, identifying where work is considered off brief.
- Build a good understanding of the client and their business challenges.
