About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Client Services Executive to join our Client Services team at Mumsnet.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in digital marketing, advertising, media, account management or campaign coordination.

You'll play a key role in delivering creative, multi-channel, digital campaigns for some of the UK's biggest brands - working closely with clients, media agencies and internal teams to bring exciting brand partnerships to life.

From branded editorial and display advertising to social media campaigns, product testing and community engagement, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital advertising solutions.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and has a genuine interest in digital media and the advertising industry.

What you'll be doing

Campaign Management & Delivery

  • Support the end-to-end management and delivery of integrated digital advertising campaigns, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and in line with client objectives.
  • Coordinate campaigns across a variety of formats, including branded content, display advertising, paid social, email marketing, video, product testing and community engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Editorial, Content, Ad Operations, Sales, Insights and Strategic Planning, to coordinate campaign deliverables.
  • Manage campaign timelines, track deliverables and coordinate creative assets, ensuring all materials are received, approved and implemented on schedule.
  • Support the creation and review of campaign content, including drafting promotional copy, coordinating creative feedback and ensuring deliverables meet client briefs.
  • Assist with campaign launches, quality assurance and ongoing optimisation to ensure activity is delivering against agreed objectives.

Client & Agency Relationships

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients and media agencies, building positive relationships and ensuring a high standard of client service.
  • Communicate campaign progress clearly and proactively, providing regular updates, managing expectations and responding to client queries.
  • Coordinate client meetings, campaign kick-offs and status calls, ensuring actions and next steps are clearly communicated.
  • Develop an understanding of individual client objectives, identifying opportunities to add value and improve campaign performance.
  • Work alongside senior team members to strengthen client relationships, support retention and encourage repeat business.

Campaign Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, tracking metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement and content views.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance updates, highlighting key results, learnings and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work with internal teams to identify and implement campaign optimisations to improve performance.
  • Support the preparation of post-campaign analysis reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • Develop confidence in presenting campaign results and recommendations to clients and agency partners.

Commercial & Strategic Sales Support

  • Collaborate with Sales and Planning teams to support campaign proposals, media plans and future partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with preparing media plans, campaign costings and client presentations.
  • Build an understanding of Mumsnet's commercial advertising products and how they can help brands achieve their marketing objectives.
  • Share campaign insights, client feedback and ideas to help develop and improve our commercial offering.
  • Stay up to date with developments in digital advertising, social media and branded content, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
