We're looking for a Client Services Executive to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, helping clients find the right legal support while ensuring they receive an excellent experience from the outset.
What you'll do:
- Handle enquiries by phone, email and online channels
- Provide quotations and information on our services
- Manage and follow up new business enquiries
- Build relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and CRM systems
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
