Your future role at QRT

The Investor Relations team is expanding and looking for a highly organised and detail orientated Client Services team member to join in London. You will support the senior client team members with the servicing of fund investors.

Your future role within QRT includes:

  • Managing the production, distribution, and development of investor reporting
  • Coordinating responses to ad hoc queries from fund investors, including those relating to fund transactions, reporting, audit etc.
  • Maintenance and utilisation of CRM system, pipeline and trade flow management
  • Support in the scheduling of investor meetings, carry out organisational / admin tasks
  • Liaising with senior, investor-facing colleagues regarding the client service function
  • Building relationships with other QRT stakeholders and external service providers

Your present skillset:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client services role
  • Prior experience in an FCA CF Client dealing role, and/or NFA AP preferred
  • Prior experience with offshore hedge funds (at buy-side firms or consultants) a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Team player
  • Ability to effectively progress multiple projects simultaneously, within a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
