We are seeking a talented individual to join the Global Client Director (“GCD”) team at Mercer. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are an international, dynamic and diverse team working on a variety of global projects with a passion to help our clients. This role is key to the success of the team, and involves supporting across all areas of client-facing and internal facilitation.
We will count on you to:
- Coordinate and catalog client-facing communications, including project management of the weekly client email and curation of existing content.
- Add key client news to relevant team sites and flag important events and materials to all GCDs to manage information flow effectively.
- Support analysis of client revenue by identifying trends, aligning with annual account planning and providing data driven insights.
- Assist GCDs in attending meetings by taking notes and uploading relevant information.
- Provide data and insights for the monthly Client Board to monitor client health and drive outcome improvements.
- Support preparation for and attendance at client strategy meetings, and assist GCDs in identifying key contacts and insights for prospect clients.
What you need to have:
- On track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 in your degree
- Legal work authorisation to work in the UK on a permanent and ongoing basis
- Available to start the year placement in August 2026
