What you’ll do
We are looking for a Client Partner with experience in managing existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, contract renewals and up-selling complex solutions comprising mainly of digital engineering and development services. This is a full-time position, UK based, fully remote, and reports to Vice President of Sales Europe.

  • Identify and develop key relationships with existing client base to grow sales revenue
  • Work directly with senior decision-makers; Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Product Officer, VP of Engineering, and their teams to ensure satisfaction and look for up-sell opportunities
  • Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Own the sales funnel across the entire cycle – from lead to close
  • Own all sales conversion metrics and monthly goals
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Generate a healthy opportunity pipeline for assigned existing accounts
  • Collaboration with internal teams to enhance the client experience
  • Collaboration with leadership on business unit enhancements that improve efficiencies and create better client relations 
  • Effective and professional communication both internally and externally

 

What you’ll need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in account management 
  • A track record of exceeding revenue quotas and ensure contract renewals
  • Solution sales experience in a digital engineering services capacity
  • An understanding of cloud enablement strategies, channel and market trends
  • High levels of energy and a winning attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
  • Ability to critically think through problems and identify solutions
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
