Serve as primary contact for new clients, onboarding properties across the UK and Ireland via remote calls and in-person meetings in London. Set up client accounts, train clients on tools, create detailed inventories, resolve initial issues, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure a smooth handover and ongoing service delivery.

The Client Onboarding Executive is the main point of contact with our new clients, ensuring their onboarding experience is outstanding. The main responsibilities are:
- Onboarding of new properties in UK and Ireland (Both remote calls and face-face meetings in London).
- Create lasting relationships with clients that build trust in the initial stages of the Houst partnership.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Set up client accounts, including property details and service requirements.
- Provide clear communication and training on Houst's services and tools.
- Address and resolve any initial client concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- A confident people person who enjoys meeting people and developing new working relationships.
- You have a ‘get it done’ mentality, you love rolling up your sleeves and achieving challenging objectives.
- Detail Oriented: Excel at creating highly detailed inventories and can extract information from hosts to ensure it is as accurate as possible.

- Demonstrated ability to excel in a start-up or other challenging fast paced environment.
- You have a good knowledge of London.
- An interest in travel and property.
