Client Marketing Lead - Global Wealth

This is a great job for someone who has proven experience building and optimising strategic client led marketing plans across multiple client regions and segments.

A bit about the job:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior marketer to join our Aviva Investors' Client Marketing Team. As Client Marketing Lead for our Global Wealth Channels, you will partner with client-facing business leaders, product strategy, investment teams and broader Marketing teams to identify commercial priorities and translate them into tangible deliverables for the Marketing team to support our business growth objectives.

 

You will lead in building and optimising strategic client marketing plans focused on growing Aviva Investors’ global footprint across the various wealth channels. Whilst the role has a global remit strong proven knowledge of UK markets is essential. The Aviva Investors Award-winning Marketing Team are responsible for delivering world class marketing platforms aligned to our commercial growth strategy, understanding and responding to our clients’ needs by delivering integrated marketing activity.

 

You will ensure the Wealth Channels value proposition and messaging pillars are demonstrated through all Wealth marketing activities globally.

Utilising the marketing mix, through our Centres of Excellence and agency partners, we are constantly striving to deliver marketing excellence continually challenging ourselves to raise the bar. The marketing team is ever evolving and aspires to build a high performing culture, within a challenging yet collaborative team who provide marketing solutions to client challenges and are an integral part of distribution business growth.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working in asset management marketing and in-depth knowledge of the industry clients, products, regulations, and competitors 

  • Knowledge of our investment capabilities across Public & Private Markets

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a small team, building strong trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop a clear, compelling story - demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to execute swiftly  (NEW)

  • Experience with workflow systems and agile working processes, alongside robust regulatory knowledge
