The purpose of the role of Manager, Audience & Data strategy is to manage day to day client relationships and ensure project delivery to support in delivering client growth and satisfaction . Building strong day to day relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive and deliver on a client business plan that delivers business value for the client driving the Dentsu Aegis Network commercial agenda.

Job Description:

Role Purpose: 

The Client Manager supports the Client Partner in helping clients achieve a best-in-class audience and technology approach to paid media activation. Enabling clients to achieve their business objectives and drive growth 

This role requires strong knowledge of Paid Social, with a particular focus on data integrity, signal resilience, and measurement across social platforms, ensuring environments are set up for effective targeting and reliable performance measurement. 
What you'll do
The Client Manager also supports the delivery of best-in-class audience activation from data clean rooms and from proprietary dentsu audience products 

 

1. Audience Operations & Activation 

  • Support audience setup and management across media platforms and proprietary tools like dentsu.Audiences, 

  • Manage audience activation and measurement needs within data clean rooms, specifically LiveRamp, Infosum, Snowflake  

  • Assist with audience QA checks, including naming conventions, sizing, and activation readiness. 

  • Maintain records of live and planned audiences, including campaign/audience activation status. 

 

2. Signal Resilience & Technical Integration 

  • Act as the "go-to" person for Paid Social data, tech, and measurement queries. 

  • Manage CAPI integrations across all Paid Social platforms for online and offline signals. 

  • Run regular maintenance and signal resilience checks for integrations, flagging and coordinating fixes for any issues. 

  • Deliver signal resilience audits, covering Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. 

  • Manage Dark Social Meta pixel and catalog sharing process 

 

3. Measurement & Testing Support 

  • Support the proposal and integration of new testing opportunities, such as Social Search, Channel Lift, and attribution window analysis. 

  • Advance wider data and tech strategies by feeding into testing roadmaps and showcasing success stories . 

  • Identify and propose signal resilience audits to wider Paid Social clients. 

  • Keep close to product teams for feedback on new tools like creative fatigue analysis. 

 

  About you

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role within a paid social team or digital  technical team 

  • Technical understanding of social platforms and related technical ecosystems 

  • Working knowledge of CAPI integrations 

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail when handling large volumes of data. 

  • Ability to create reports, interpret results and provide client level recommendations 

  • Good technical problems solving skills and ability to keep to deadlines and communicate challenges in a timely and concise way
