About the role

We are looking for a Client Project Manager (6M FTC) to join the Sustainability and Corporate Communications team based in the London office. As a Client Project Manager, in a world-class brand and communications agency, your role is an integral part of each client team and you will support your colleagues on all account management tasks, working to deliver successful corporate communication projects. You will work as part of a wider client team, reporting into a Client Director. You will be responsible for project administration, management and prioritisation of project tasks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.


About you 

You will ideally have experience in managing corporate communications projects in print (digital experience is a plus, but not mandatory) and possess outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to set and monitor budgets, understanding the commercial realities of your projects and their impact on the agency, manage expectations and deliver results, as well as possessing strong leadership skills.

You will have the opportunity to build relationships with some of the world’s leading companies. Our clients include some of the largest FTSE 100 organisations, as well as international companies. Our projects range from print reporting delivery, through to integrated brand, digital and communications projects. Whilst your primary focus will be corporate reporting, there will be opportunities to work on branding projects outside of the main reporting season.

You have a successful track record managing small proposals, projects, clients and working seamlessly with the internal teams (consultants, designers, artworkers) along with third-party suppliers.

Ideally you will be / possess:

• Great organisational skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• A great communicator with the confidence and ability to manage upwards
• Able to think on your feet, proactive and able to find solutions
• Able to see beyond your projects and understand the context of the agency environment and adapt as necessary
• Have an eye for detail and lead by example in everything you do


Ideally you will have agency account management experience at Client / Account Manager level including experience of some of the following would be an advantage:

• Annual / corporate reporting
• Shareholder communications
• Corporate communications
• Print production
• Sustainability reports
• Branding & identity
• Internal and external communications
• Communication consultancy
