• As a member of the Lloyd’s & London Market team, you will be responsible for account management of existing clients and identifying growth opportunities for both TPA and loss adjusting, on a global basis.

• Establish and build new relationships where these are likely to be beneficial to Crawford.
• Identify new business opportunities, sell appropriate solutions to potential clients and convert to profitable revenue.
• Identify opportunities from within the existing client base and cross sell additional services.
• Develop strong working relationships with relevant personnel within Crawford business units worldwide
• Liaise with Crawford class of business teams and regions and assist in promoting their services to the Lloyd’s and London markets.
• Work closely with the appropriate Crawford teams to ensure implementation of own won new services meet and exceed client expectations – systems, processes, MI etc. .
• Identify new potential contacts for Crawford employees visiting London and where appropriate attend meetings.
• Assist Crawford employees visiting the Lloyd’s and London Markets in organizing meetings with their known contacts.
• Respond to Due Diligence requests.
• Create proposals and respond to RFIs.
• Ensure that CRM is maintained in the prescribed manner for all managed accounts and new opportunities.
• Participate in business development projects.
