As our inbound interest continues to grow — through referrals, events, partners, and marketing — we are seeking a Client Liaison Executive who can respond quickly, warmly and professionally to every enquiry, ensuring prospective clients have an exceptional first experience with us.

You’ll be the first voice and face many senior stakeholders encounter, and you’ll play a critical role in ensuring prospects are followed up promptly, meetings are booked efficiently, and our sales team is supported in engaging potential clients with polish and precision.

You’ll need strong organisational skills, impeccable communication, and the gravitas to interact seamlessly with Chairs, CEOs, Company Secretaries, and senior governance professionals.

Requirements

Inbound Response & Qualification

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries (email, website forms, referrals, partner introductions).
  • Respond swiftly and professionally, qualifying needs and identifying the right next step.
  • Ensure every inbound lead receives a high-touch, client-friendly experience that reflects BI’s brand and values.
  • Book meetings directly into the diaries of the Revenue team, coordinating schedules with speed and accuracy.
  • Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients, coordinating outreach campaigns and follow-up messages.
  • Assist with drafting intro emails, follow-up messages, call summaries and personalised outreach where needed.
  • Proactively identify warm leads from events, webinars, download activity and partner relationships — helping convert interest into bookings.
  • Maintain excellent communication across the team to ensure all opportunities are actioned promptly.

Executive Support to Senior Sales Leaders

  • Anticipate upcoming needs in the sales cycle ensuring the team is prepped, materials are ready, and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Assist with coordination around key accounts, strategic prospects and complex multi-stakeholder engagements.

Sales Operations & Process Excellence

  • Maintain immaculate CRM hygiene ensuring all inbound activity, notes, and next steps are accurately captured.
  • Provide weekly visibility on inbound volumes, follow-up timelines, and meeting conversion metrics.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to streamline handover processes and improve inbound-to-meeting conversion rates.

Required Experience

    • Experience in a client-facing or coordination role such as SDR, executive assistant, office manager, client services coordinator, or similar.
    • Prior exposure to SaaS, governance, professional services or B2B environments preferred.
    • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information with discretion.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, priorities and multiple stakeholders with calm efficiency.

Skills & Attributes

    • Exceptional communication that is clear, warm and confident.
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
    • Professional and composed when speaking with senior leaders.
    • Responsive and reliable, with an understanding of the importance of timely follow up.
    • Comfortable working with CRM systems, scheduling tools and AI assistants.
    • Collaborative and low ego, with a natural ability to build rapport and create a positive experience for colleagues and clients.
