Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Finance Manager to oversee financial management and accounting for client-managed spend budgets. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing a finance team, and ensuring compliance with internal and client policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive financial efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Account Directors and Client Accounting Directors to ensure contract obligations are met.

Lead and develop a client accounting team, overseeing financial transactions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor payments.

Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports, budget vs. actual reporting, and variance analysis.

Ensure timely and accurate financial data reporting for internal corporate purposes.

Maintain compliance with client, internal, and statutory regulations, including VAT and audit requirements.

Support financial modeling, budgeting processes, and ad-hoc financial projects.

Oversee financial aspects of new account and location transitions.
Role Requirements:

Qualified Accountant or relevant degree with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience.

Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proven experience in team management, including performance reviews and development planning.

Experience in multi-currency financial reporting and knowledge of IFRS, UK, and US GAAP is desirable.

Proficiency in major accounting applications and financial processes, ideally within property services.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites and corporate offices.
