The role: Client Executive
Marsh Specialty is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join our market-leading Energy and Power team in London. This role offers the opportunity to lead retail accounts and provide specialist risk management advisory services within the UK & Ireland team. You will play a key role in supporting our clients operations as they ensure delivery of Energy Security and the Energy Transition.
We will rely on you to:
- Lead client accounts with a proactive approach to service delivery.
- Provide insurance risk management advisory services tailored to client needs.
- Create and implement renewal strategies, coordinating with the wider Energy and Power team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance markets.
- Monitor account progress, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
What you need to have:
- Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and internally.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
What makes you stand out:
- 2+ years of experience within another broker or insurer is preferred.
- Background in Energy Insurance is desirable, but a retail client servicing background is also acceptable.
- Experience in the oil & gas sector is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate issues effectively to enhance client service delivery.
- Professional affiliation/accreditations (ACII part/fully qualified or equivalent) preferred.
