About the role
In this new Nordic role, you will be responsible for a variety of marketing, communications, and client engagement tasks that deliver the premium for our Industrial clients and support our internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for the maintenance, creation and updating of client Extranet pages. You will ideally also have a creative, visual eye – being able to create engaging visual materials, including, images/graphics, and videos for the if-insurance website, social media channels, online campaigns, as well as for print materials (e.g. brochures) to support our B2B objectives.
You will also support client engagement requests, including the editing and creation of PowerPoint slides to deliver impactful presentations. You will work with the If brand team regularly to secure that materials are produced in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Your tasks will additionally include daily support to your colleagues, where you will be involved with:

Supporting tasks using the Microsoft Dynamics tool to help deliver Events and newsletters

Providing regular support on marketing performance reporting
About the team
Our team supports Large Enterprise customers and stakeholders, including Sales & Client Teams, as well as Risk Management, Underwriting, and Networks. Through account-based marketing, we work daily to position the Industrial business area as a thought leader in selected themes and areas. Our work contributes to engaging with existing clients, reaching prospective customers, as well as supporting retention, while inspiring our If colleagues through insightful communications.
You will join a team of five great colleagues, with different backgrounds, talents, skills, and professional experiences. We are located in Espoo, Copenhagen, and Turku. We support each other, working together with our colleagues across If.
Who are you;
To succeed in this role, you need to have previous knowledge of working with document management systems (for example, EpiServer, Dynamics, and/or Optimizely). Also, we value solid PowerPoint skills, as well as experience with graphic design software programs (for example Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
We appreciate that you have skills in video production, from planning to production/editing (e.g. adding subtitles, cutting, and finalising video for publishing) across various media/channels.
As a person, you are able to work independently and as part of a team, with an initiative-taking approach to your work. You have strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset, alongside some event coordination experience, e.g., webinars and face-to-face client engagements. You also have strong organisational skills, including project management experience.

Please note, that the selected person will be expected to be in the office during regular working hours accordingly. The primary workplace for this position is in one of the Nordic offices, remote days will be agreed upon separately.
