As a Client Business Analyst at FE fundinfo, you’ll be central to ensuring our clients receive solutions that meet their business needs and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with clients, product experts, and project teams to translate complex requirements into effective solutions, gaining exposure to cutting-edge fintech products and diverse global clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Your key responsibilities as a Client Business Analyst will include:
  • Analysing and capturing client requirements through meetings, calls, and written communication, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
  • Documenting functional, data, and aesthetic requirements in a clear and structured format for use across project teams.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers and Data Relationship Managers throughout onboarding and project delivery.
  • Configuring products and services to meet client specifications, such as template creation and system adjustments.
  • Providing consultancy and guidance to clients on best-practice solutions and feasible enhancements.
  • Supporting business-as-usual (BAU) configuration requests and assisting with ongoing service improvements.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Client Business Analyst:
  • You must have proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a client-facing or technology-driven environment.
  • You will have a strong technical understanding, with the ability to translate complex data and system requirements into clear deliverables.
  • You should have experience in capturing, analysing, and documenting requirements.
  • You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in managing client interactions.
  • You should bring strong collaboration skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
